1986 deaf-blind

What is left when you cannot see, hear or speak? Journalist Christian Seiler and photographer Koni Nordmann pursued this question and was exposed to a world in which communication is achieved purely through touch. An alphabet is formed by stroking the palm of the hand. Thus «reading,» «speaking,» and even time are felt. The result was a story that was never published, following a change of editors at WIENER.
